Exhibiting at the Festival

If you are exhibiting at the Festival, or are considering it, here is information and our expectations about the day:

• What time to get there
   
• How long for?
  The festival goes from 10am to 4pm.

You need to communicate your expectations to us.  Here are some of the things we need to know:

• How much space?
  Unless you ask, we will allocate one car's space in the planning.
   
• Do you need power?
  Unless you ask, we will not provide you with power.  There's only one access point we can provide and we can't have cables trailing all over the place.  We do intend to have a charging station.
   
• Will you participate in the drive-thing
  If you have a working EV, it would be great if you could show it off in one or more of our scheduled driving activities!
   
• Information about you
  We would like to put some information about you on this site so people coming along can see what will be at the Festival, plus give them some background on you.  Some pictures, a couple of paragraphs and possible links to other sites would be great.
